Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older brother Cory is 10 years older than her. She was raised by an orthodox and religious family. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven, when her babysitter brought her to an audition. Four of the four girls chosen among over a thousand applicants were Milano. Milano was featured in commercials for TV and off Broadway shows, like the American premiere musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
